40+ Years of Electronic Music Innovation
The Journey
DJ Jazz-e is a veteran DJ/Producer/Remixer in the electronic music scene, with over 40 years of experience specializing in funky electro, techno, disco house, and edgy beats. Intrigued by experimental electronic sounds in the early 1980s, Jazz-e began his career spinning electronic music at the tender age of nine, quickly entering the dance and hip-hop scenes through participation in San Francisco Bay Area DJ battles and showcases.
Rising through the underground raves of the 1990s and early 2000s, he became known for high-energy sets blending house, techno, and hip-hop influences, bringing his turntablist background into the dance music genre to flare passions on the dance floor.
